We’re happy to offer returns on items purchased online, in unused condition, within 14 days of receiving your order.

• Contact our customer support team at sally@tomitomi.co within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Provide your order number, the name of the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
• Our team will guide you through the return process. 

Once your return is delivered it takes us up to 5 business days to process and check in your return. Once this has been completed we will then issue you a refund. 

🔁 Exchanges 

If you live in the U.S. and would like to exchange an item, first start a refund for the item you do not wish to keep. Reach out to us to exchange it for the same item in another colorway as long as the price is the same.

Please note: We are unable to cover shipping costs or additional duties and fees charged for returns and exchanges.
